Branch Manager Susan Covington says the library’s
warm interior and compatibility with local
architecture particularly impressed Business
Journal judges. Convington says, “We feel
privileged to have been given the award, but the
accolades should really go to the architectural firm
Murray and Downs, and to El Dorado County Architect
Kathleen Beichley. Their work is breathtaking.”
