Library Bond Act of 2000 Regulations
The Administrative Procedures Act (APA) requires State agencies and boards to promulgate any "rules, regulations or policies" utilizing a process that allows public comment.
The Board with the assistance of the Bond Administration Office staff has completed the required rulemaking action. The revised Title 5 Library Bond Act Regulations were filed with the Secretary of State's Office on December 5, 2001, and became effective January 4, 2002. The following regulations will be utilized by staff and the Board to administer the Library Bond Act.
