Judy Nottoli (1960–)
Judy Nottoli has spent her career helping businesses monitor and improve air quality and control emissions. With a B.S. and M.S. in engineering from Purdue University, Nottoli went to work for Radian Corp. in Austin, Texas, tackling air quality problems. Later, she moved to Sacramento to work for engineering firm MHW. Now at the California Air Resources Board (ARB), Nottoli works with industry, schools and local governments to determine their greenhouse gas emissions and design solutions to reduce their carbon footprint. Among her accomplishments at ARB are her work managing the cap-and-trade monitoring plan and directing the teen Climate Generation program.
