Library Hours and Holidays

The public service desks and reading rooms in Sacramento are open Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding state holidays.

The Sutro Library in San Francisco is moving to a new location. It will be open reduced hours from February 1 to March 9, 2012 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding state holidays. From March 12 until reopening in May, the Sutro Library will be closed. For more information, please visit: http://www.library.ca.gov/about/SutroMove.html
